Safe Kontroll is a smart security system consisting of advanced wireless smoke alarms and water leakage sensors. The solution has been specially developed for housing associations and co-owners, to make it easier to ensure the safety of all resident's homes.

Dashboard

Navigate between buildings, check areas and see the overall building's system health status

Smart circle: shows you a quick overview of your events or problems you might have throughout the building.

Timeline and push notifications

In the timeline interface, you can see a detailed time-stamped breakdown of all important events that have taken place in your building. All important events are also sent by push notifications to your mobile device and logged on the timeline.

Users management

Residents moving in and out all the time from apartments. Now you have full control whom should be notified in case of events happening in a residential area.

Statistics

Separate page showing in-depth statistics on all devices and their potential problems such as low battery, removed from the ceiling, or whether they have lost communication to the alarm center

Alarm management

In case of a fire alarm or water leakage alarm, you will know where the incident is happening. You can act on the incident by confirming or canceling the alarm.

The system will alert residents according to your choices in the app, or by automatically pre-programmed actions.
