À propos de l'application

Manual testing is free, forever.

Snap a photo of any test strip — any brand — and Pool Pilot tells you exactly what to add to your pool or hot tub. No proprietary kits. No squinting at a color chart under bad lighting.

Prefer to enter your readings by hand? Manual entry is always available — for pool and hot tub water testing alike.

• Reads any brand's strip the same way every time, so you get a consistent reading
• Exact dosing from your pool's real volume, your product's strength, and the Calcium Saturation Index — like "add 12 oz of baking soda"
• Pools, hot tubs, spas, and salt systems, all in one app
• Safety timers so you know when it's safe to swim after treatment
• Reminders for filter cleaning and retesting
• History and trends that get smarter every test
• A friendly AI assistant for any water question

Own a hot tub, spa, or jacuzzi? Pool Pilot doubles as a hot tub chemical calculator: scan your hot tub test strips or type in readings for a quick spa water test, and the built-in chlorine and bromine calculator sizes every dose to your tub's actual water volume.

Pool Pilot works with the strips you already own and recommends only what your water actually needs — we don't sell chemicals or strips.

Compatible with any test strip brand (AquaChek, HTH, Taylor, Clorox, Pentair, etc.) and any pool type (vinyl, fiberglass, plaster, above-ground, in-ground, saltwater, spa, hot tub).

Nouveautés

Pool Pilot 2.0.0:
• A new way to read test strips. The app measures every color straight from the pixels of your own bottle's color chart
• The same photo now gives the same result every time
• Total Hardness is read whenever your strip has a pad for it
• A strip photographed upside down is read from the correct end
• Calibrate once on 2.0 and every scan after it stays consistent. Existing calibrations get a quick one-time refresh the next time you scan
