Physical notebooks have always been an important tool for recording research data. However, they have limitations in organizing and connecting information in a practical way. With this in mind, LabNote was developed to help researchers organize ideas, plan experiments, and record information in a structured and accessible way.
With LabNote, it is possible to plan research stages through mind maps. Each node in the map can contain important details, such as stage objectives, methodologies used, results obtained, and even conclusions. This structure makes it easier to visualize research progress and integrate different types of information.
The app also allows users to add tasks to each stage of the project and quickly identify which nodes have pending tasks. This helps researchers better track the progress of their activities and stay organized.
In addition, LabNote allows users to add references and attachments, such as images and documents, bringing together all relevant materials in one place.
Another important feature is meeting recording. Users can create written notes, record audio, and organize meeting agendas in advance, as well as generate tasks related to the topics discussed.
The app also provides a system for listing and identifying samples, allowing users to add images and associate them with mind maps when necessary. For researchers in chemistry, LabNote also includes a calculator for solution preparation, dilutions, and theoretical pH estimation, supporting everyday experimental activities.
Finally, users can export mind map data to a Word document, making it easier to organize reports and records and share information. Alternatively, you can share content in the app’s format, allowing other users to view and comment on it.
