Its functionality allows to create events related to items ( https://spaces.awi.de/x/zYa0FQ). An event provides metadata to a scientific operation. Events are described here: https://spaces.awi.de/x/0oa0FQ

The app is designed to be used offline. Its targed group are users who already use the online version registry.o2a-data.de or sensor.awi.de and have a user account.

An initial configuration and syncing the events back to https://registry.o2a-data.de/ requires to be online.
