How does it work? After you have installed the app, you need to click on the link or enter the code, found in your invite email from the company. You will then find the interview questions the company has designed for you with an explanation. You can record your video-selfie replies in the app, one question at a time. The company may use the "no-rerecording" feature so be careful and think carefully about your answers. The replies are strictly confidential and can only be seen by the company.
