Pothole QuickFix is a smart mobile application developed to empower citizens and streamline the resolution of pothole complaints within Mumbai. Designed for both public users and BMC officials, this app enables quick reporting, efficient tracking, and timely grievance resolution.

The app is divided into two user roles:

Citizens

BMC Employees

Citizen View – Report Potholes in Just 5 Taps
Citizens can easily log in using their mobile number and OTP, and register a pothole grievance in just a few taps.

Key Features:

OTP-Based Login for secure and quick access

Register Grievances with details and photo evidence

Capture Photo with Geo-Watermark (latitude, longitude, and contact info) for authenticity

Grievance Overview to track status and resolution updates

Reopen Complaints within 24 hours if the issue is not resolved satisfactorily

Submit Feedback via the “Resolved” tab or SMS once the complaint is closed

BMC Employee View – Efficient Complaint Management
Designed for Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation staff to monitor and resolve complaints efficiently.

Key Features:

OTP-based secure login for officials

Status-wise Grievance Dashboard to monitor open, in-progress, and resolved complaints

Recent Complaints View displaying the last 10 entries with remaining time to close

Level-based Workflow with predefined timelines for resolution
