CARE stands for Computer Aided Revision & Evaluation. As the name suggests, it is a web portal comprising of a wide range of interactive assignments and activities designed to enable quick revision of study material for students.

Fixed an issue in the True/False quiz where unselected answers were incorrectly treated as False and displayed in the Wrong Answers section.
Improved wrong answer calculation to accurately handle correct, incorrect, and unanswered questions.
Updated answer validation to match responses using the question ID for more accurate results.
Included the latest fixes and improvements in the current Android and iOS release builds.
