It is an app for us, license / registration plate collectors where we can store our collections, view others' collectibles, buy / sell and trade plates.
So, it allows us to digitize our hobby - there is no need to bring in heavy photo catalogues to plate meets, managing Excel sheets etc.

- you can now add regions for Russian, Ukrainian and Belarus plates. You can already add US states, Canada provinces and Australia states.
- a Russian-language version of the app was added.
- the app efficiency / speed was improved.
