Dynamic Employee is the official mobile app for staff and managers whose company uses Dynamic Count payroll from Total Dynamic Holdings Berhad.

Handle everyday HR and payroll tasks from your phone: clock in, apply for leave, submit claims, approve requests, and view your payslip — without waiting to get back to a desk.

ATTENDANCE AND CALENDAR
• Check in and check out with location, so attendance is recorded when and where you punch.
• Review daily status such as present, late, leave, and off days.
• Open your work calendar for holidays, pay dates, and leave.

REQUESTS AND APPROVALS
Submit and track:
• Leave
• Claims, with photos or files for receipts
• Overtime
• Advance pay
• Allowance
• Time slips

Managers can review pending requests, take action, and look up approval history. What you can see and submit follows the permissions your employer sets.

PAYSLIPS AND DASHBOARD
• View payslips and save or share them when you need a copy.
• Check leave balances, monthly attendance, and outstanding advance pay on your dashboard.

PROFILE AND NOTIFICATIONS
• Switch company if you work across more than one organisation on Dynamic Count.
• Manage signed-in devices.
• Get push alerts for approvals.
