Required Permission :
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : get photo from gallery and set on dial screen

READ_CONTACTS : get all contacts from phone

CAMERA : capture photo and set on dial screen

SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW : display dial or calling screen over other apps
