eSeva – MC Ludhiana is a citizen-centric mobile application developed to provide convenient and secure access to Municipal Corporation Ludhiana services anytime and anywhere. The app enables citizens to make online payments for Property Tax, Water & Sewerage Bills, Disposal Bills, Trade License Fees, and Rent & Lease Payments through a simple and user-friendly interface. Users can register and manage their accounts, view payment details, and reprint payment receipts whenever required. The application supports multiple digital payment options, including Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, QR Code Payments, and other online payment methods, ensuring fast and hassle-free transactions. Upon successful payment, users receive an instant digital receipt, making municipal service payments transparent, efficient, and paperless.
