Daimoku+ App was created to help the Buddhist practice of members of Soka Gakkai International. Available in Japanese, Korean, English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian.
Main features:
1- Daily encouragements of SGI, by President Daisaku Ikeda. A new quote for each day of the year;
2- Sharing the daily encouragement as image;
3- Daimoku stopwatch, with the following functions:
- Daimoku audio support with 4 speed available;
- Countdown timer with choice of the desired time;
- Display of the Daimoku Campaign Goal;
- Daimoku PAUSE function,
- Daimoku time record: AUTOMATIC or MANUAL.
4- Daimoku Chart:
- Daimoku campaigns with duration of 235 hours;
- 47 stages to complete the Daimoku campaign, each stage with 5 HOURS.
- Each stage of five hours corresponds to a JAPANESE PREFECTURE. The graph will display the status corresponding to the progress of the Campaign.
- When you complete 235 hours, you will complete all the states on the map;
- Set in the CAMPAIGN informations, as the goal and details for the Daimoku Campaign;
- Displays progress bar to make it easier to view your performance in the campaign (how much of Daimoku you have accomplished and how much is missing);
5- Daimoku Statistics:
- Visualize your performance in the current campaign and compare with previous performance;
- Available Daimoku time sums: Today, Yesterday, Current week, Current month, Current year, Previous week up to the same day; Previous month up to the same day, Previous week total, Previous month total, Previous year total, Number of campaigns accomplished and in progress, Total Daimoku hours registered in the app;
- List of all campaigns (of 235 hours) conducted;
- List of performed daimoku sessions, either with automatic or manual registration;
6- Settings and Reminders:
- Reminder for Daimoku time;
- Reminder for the time to receive the encouragement message;
- Daimoku audio speed options: fast, slow, Sensei and Beginner;
7- Books and Accessories:
- Link to books and acessories website.
8 - Gongyo Liturgy in 6 languages.
