The Runner Task Management System (RTMS) is a central hierarchical system available on both web and mobile (Android) designed to help users create, edit, delete, and assign tasks efficiently while allowing supervisors to monitor and manage the activities of their subordinates; key features include task management, user management, attendance and route planning, notifications, reports, and a dashboard, with functionalities such as task addition, edit/rescheduling/deletion, target vs. achievement tracking, task view in calendar or list formats, user hierarchy and access management, attendance logging, route plan integration, automated and manual notifications, various reports generation, and a central dashboard for supervisors to view tasks, track targets vs. achievements, and view task due dates, all aimed at streamlining task management and improving efficiency for Runner Automobiles Limited's growing field force.
