Employees can book travel through multiple approved agencies directly from their phones, create and submit expense claims in seconds, snap receipts using built-in OCR for automatic data capture, and request advances or petty cash as needed. Per diem rates and expense policies are built in for clear guidance, and real-time notifications keep employees updated on approvals and reimbursements.

For Managers

Managers can review and approve travel and expense requests on the go, ensuring quick responses and smooth workflows. STEP provides an intuitive way to monitor team activity, enforce policy compliance, and keep spending under control—all from a single, convenient mobile platform.
