It is an integrated system that was created to facilitate communication and management of a company and its employees and solve problems for projects that have been sold or will be sold to other clients, and then a feature was added so that other companies can use the system to organize their internal structure.
The main idea is to reduce the time of problems and thus increase productivity and work to show the system in the best way possible, and this consists of three main interfaces.
The first interface is for Sindion (support), through which you can add companies and employees who will work on solving external problems coming from their customers.
Then we move to the company interface in which all branches, departments, and employees can be added, then we go to the employee interface where can send tickets externally to Sindion if there is an issue with the external system, or send tickets internally if there is an internal issue between him and any of his company departments in any branch, thus SSS saves you time in reporting the problem to the correct person, whether internal or external, thus increasing efficiency and reducing time to solve problems. Also, as a company owner, you can follow up the performance of your employees in solving problems.
