After the login by username and password provided by TESMEC or after registration you can click the "Error Search" button, the app will ask you two parameters called "SPN" and "FMI" that are show on the screen of the trencher machine.
Once you fill these data, the APP will show you the severity of the issues and the possible action to fix the problem.
If the parameters inserted in the APP won't show any possible solutions, you can send a notification to our customer service by clicking the button that will appear instead of the results.
