Tracing tool from the farm to the packaging and to the shelf by using GS1 global standards such as EPCIS. It can support the monitoring of the information through the whole supply chain in an easy way. Through the Kalathos platform, an “end-to-end” traceability of all processes of the supply chain of food products can be available , so each operator can be able to locate the immediate source and the immediate recipient of each product at every stage.
