FellaFeeds provides an automated platform to collect, collate, analyze and act on feedbacks gathered digitally. This real-time feedback communication help you serve them better with an honest gauge of their satisfaction.

On one hand, it enables you to collect feedback from customers on various facilities through a simple Q&A and on the other hand, there is a checklist for the staff to mark the tasks allotted as done/not done and for the supervisor to verify it. All unfinished tasks are shown as pending until finished. Both features have been integrated in a clean and comprehensible manner.
