Since the SOFA score uses intervals of values to determine the score it is not necessary to explicitely enter the exact values. Tapping the correct interval in which the value of your patient resides is enough to get the SOFA score. Therefore I thought it would be convenient to have a user interface in which you can use seekbars to select values instead of typing them. It saves me a bit of time and I hope it will save you some time as well doing the good work you do. Any suggestions are very welcome at [e-mail].
