The 'Junban App' is an application that allows easy reception using a terminal installed in the shop and, in conjunction with a printer, enables the immediate issue of numbered tickets with a QR code.

Customers can complete the reception process using a tablet in the shop, even if they do not have a smartphone.

The immediately issued numbered ticket has a QR code printed on it, which can be read from a smartphone or tablet to easily check the waiting status from anywhere.

The system can also be used by shop staff to distribute numbered tickets on behalf of customers.
