This is a service related Application, It will be used to Provide the Home Appliances Product Related Customer Complaint No. and Document ( Warranty Card, Product Invoice ) to Company Technician in field . So the Customer's Product can be repair on time and Issue could be resolve on as soon as possible basis.
When Technician got the asigned complaint Number in Android Application , He will cordinate with customer and visit the customer place and repair the product (AC,Fan Etc.) and Update the Same in Application.
