This is not a presentation maker. You can use Presentation Master 2 to control an existing presentation from your phone, just like you would with a wireless presenter / clicker.
Many presentation maker programs already include something similar; this app aims to be a more usable replacement for these tools, with additional features, a focus on note readability, generous button sizes and only the controls you need.
