You can collect data for each step (forms, GPS, pictures, etc.), define various validation and transition rules, check various dashboards, stay on top with alerts, etc.

QR codes can be printed in batch, offline, anytime. They never expire. Each code identifies a single physical thing (parcel, tool, person, asset, etc.). The first scan of a QR code registers it, and subsequent scans update it's information.

Using the companion tracking app (or the https://trak.codes website), various stakeholders can receive notifications when a case moves through its process.
