This App provides Eskom customers with self-service capabilities such as account, billing and meter reading functionality. The MyEskom Customer App is created and officially endorsed by Eskom Holdings SOC Limited.
Eskom customers can:
- View their electricity account/s
- View the following for a selected account

тАв Last Bill Details: Billing Date, Payments Received, Adjustments, Monthly Charges
тАв Account Details: Name, Postal Address, Email
тАв Premise Details: Premise Description, Premise ID, Service Point ID and Pole Number
тАв Bill Delivery Method
- Submit Meter Reading linked to your Account
- Submit Meter Reading Remarks in the event you are unable to read your meter
- Request an Update of your Customer Details
- Change Bill Delivery Method to E-mail
- Provides useful links to credit card payment providers
- Submit a Basic Query
Excluded:
1. Prepaid vending is not included. You cannot buy prepaid tokens via this App.
