Previous update made updating firmware a nightmare (would stop on scanning - when device is 1cm away), at least it was connecting to the unit so you could change settings. Most recent update made even connecting to the unit IMPOSSIBLE. No, its not my phone and im done restarting it 100 times a day - it was connecting from meters away. Other devices work properly via BT. To be honest i managed to update firmware only once since i bought it (same BT problems, support told me "Im doing something wrong" which is ridicilous). Ill mention one more thing, MM6 device was sent to me with an old keyfob (clearing old stock?) While changing battery that ran out sooo fast i noticed already a bit of dump inside...(kept in inside pocket waterproof jacket). This device and app was suppouse to make our lifes easier - maybe one day it will. Dont know if my patience will last that long.

We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience.
Unfortunately it really matters what phone you are using.
If you contacted the support and asked for some help, I have no doubt that it would be taken care of.
Most likely you would need to re-pair your Monimoto with your phone.
Everything can be taken care of.
