latest update broke dark mode for me

I've used UpToDate since the CD-ROM days in the 1990s. The content is still excellent, but constant login/authentication problems have made it frustrating to use. I uninstalled the mobile app, use the desktop version less, and often find answers faster in PubMed.

Licence is too expensive!
