Lexica is a word game where players are given 3 to 30 minutes to find as many words as possible on a grid of random letters.
Features:
* Several international dictionaries, with a combined total of millions of words
* Multiplayer mode (send challenges to friends via SMS/Email/etc)
* Customisable game modes:
* 4x4, 5x5, and 6x6 sized boards
* Different durations
* Various scoring modes

It's wonderful that this open-source game with millions of words is a result of collaboration of many people. But to be honest, from game design perspective it's not interesting, engaging or pretty (like many open source games).

French dictionary improvements (thanks to input from @mccoys):
* Improved board selection: Probabilities now calculated from the frequency with which letters occur in the dictionary.
* Removed letters à, ö, ü, ë: Each occur in less than 50 words, typically in loanwords.
* Q is always followed by u.
