The Mapbit App, provided by Mapbit, lets customers create and update cases related to Questions, New Requests or Issues at any time from anywhere.
The Mapbit App allows Mapbit Customers to report and monitor all their cases, chat in real-time with Mapbit Support Agents send messages to specific departments and check billing and invoice details. The app is the most efficient and effective way to communicate and get support from Mapbit.
To be able to use the app users must be registered Mapbit Clients.
We regularly release updates with new features. Tell us what features you need and how you would like to use them by sending us a message from the app. We're listening.
