PayShade App is the Application for Online Monthly Fees Payment, School Colleges & University Registration and Admission Payment System. The interface to bring all TechnoDG Payment Services users under one SHADE.
# The online fee payment structure will enable the following features
1 Fee Structure Multiple Student-wise (Class-wise - Non Staff, Staff, Computer, etc.)
2 Hostel Fee
3 Annual Fee in April
4 Bulk Students Data Upload
5 Sundry payments
6 Receipt with breakup on successful payment
7 College / School / B.Ed. / University Registration & Admission
8 Institute’s Alerts and Message to the Concerned Users registered
# Free System Features
1 Bulk data upload once in a Session (Extra upload will be chargeable)
2 Date of payment configuration
3 Late Fine Configuration
4 Admin Login
5 Single Student Record Edit/Disable & Offline collection update by Admin
6 Online Fee Payment without Parent login with Regd No.
7 Late Fine Calculation & payment with Fee
8 Search Students & Transactions
9 Reports
a Daily Transaction Report (Can be emailed automatically if required)
b Date Range-wise transaction Report
c Class-wise & Student-wise Payment Report
d Late Fine Report
e Student's Month Wise Dues Report
f Date Wise Collection Report
