This application will read your facial and eye movements from the camera. It aims to correct your facial and eye movements by determining how suitable your body position is for reading and thus reduce your stress.

The red dot on the screen shows your gaze according to your facial movements. The blue dot on the screen shows your gaze according to your eye movements. Your goal is to earn as many points as possible while reading the materials you have chosen according to your preference and reduce your stress. You can search for the documents you want to read on the internet before starting your session.

Due to providing both visual and auditory feedback, this program will improve your eye movements, enhance your brain functions, provide sensory integration, and reduce your stress level. The program shows its effects very quickly.

It will be possible to manage your stress with the 5-minute breaks you will take during the day. The reading texts given as an example are helpful in reducing stress levels with metaphors and symbols.

In the initial installation, you need to give permission to access the camera and select "all face landmarks", "all contour landmarks", "all classifications", and "performance mode=fast" choices from the settings menu.
