nDorse is a web based mobile application that allows real time "positive reinforcement" or in other words allows you to say something nice to those colleagues or friends in your work place who one may interact with on a daily basis.

Positive reinforcement of hard work, skill, compassion, efficiency or any other desirable attributes that a person exhibits or exemplifies is best done in real-time. Compliments or endorsements that come from a peers at work hold a unique value that can only be appreciated by those who receive it. nDorse makes this possible and more. The endorsements are also posted on a live feed within the App that enable the entire institution or group to recognize good work!

In today's technology driven world, a mobile based web application that allow immediate, quick actions to validate a job well done is the ideal platform for employees to interact with each other while not take away time and focus from their tasks.
