Be equipped with weed management information when you go out and inspect your rice fields. Created for Filipino rice farmers and extension workers, the eDamuhan app is developed to assist in combating pest weed species in the rice field.

• Artificial Intelligence Weed Recognition – eDamuhan uses the latest artificial intelligence technology to process and recognize the images of the different weeds in your rice field.

• Catalog of Weed Species – eDamuhan condensed handbook catalogs on rice weed management to come up with a list of weed species in the Philippines. Browse through a list of weed species and read about their scientific and local names, impact on rice, and recommended management.

• Weed Management Practices – After identifying the species of the weed in your photo, the app gives you its description and recommendations on how to control it.

• Works offline – You don’t need the internet in order to recognize weeds and access information.


DISCLAIMER: The weed recognition feature is a test-funtionality and can only recognize 22 weed species. It will be improved on the succeeding versions.
