تطبيق جني
يعتبر تطبيق جني من افضل التطبيقات في مجال عمل شركات التوصيل حيث يقوم بتسهيل العمل والعمليات على مندوبي و عملاء شركات التوصيل. وبعكس التطبيقات الأخرى ، فإن تطبيق جني هو تطبيق واحد يضم:
-تطبيق خاص بالمندوب: حيث يوفر حساب خاص لكل مندوب توصيل يمكنه من أستقبال و أدارة طلباته، تحديث حالات الطلب و معرفة دقيقة لحسابات المندوب ومعرفة الأرباح.
-تطبيق خاص بالعميل: حيث من خلال حسابه، بإمكان العميل متابعة طلباته ومعرفة حالات كل طلب ومعرفة حساباته ومستحقاته المالية.

مميزات التطبيق:
1- يتميز التطبيق بواجهات بسيطة وسهلة الاستخدام تقسم الى عدة نوافذ لكل نافذة وظيفة محددة.
2- يوفر التطبيق محفظة للمندوب والعميل تتيح هذه الخاصية لمندوب التوصيل أو العميل معرفة ما اذا كان دائناً او مدين لشركة التوصيل و تصفية حساباته.
3- كما يحتوي التطبيق على أحصائيات مختلفة للعميل تخص كافة طلباته الناجحة والراجعة وتقارير عن الطلبات و كشف الحساب الخاص به.
4- من حلال التطبيق ، بإمكان مندوب التوصيل تحديث حالة الشحنات بطريقة سهلة و خطوات مختصرة مع وصول إشعارات بالتحديثات و ذكر سبب تغير الحالة. وكل ذلك عن طريق الباركود.
5- يحتوي تطبيق جني على نافذة المنفيسات المطبوعة لكل مندوب توصيل تكون مؤرخة بتاريخ المنفيست و عدد شحناته في ذلك اليوم مع حالة كل طلب.
6- يحتوي سجل البحث على الفلاتر الأساسية لحالة الشحنة مع أمكانية البحث عن طريق رقم الوصل أو رقم الهاتف أو أسم الزبون.
