Just another note-taking app. Doesn't sync to any external servers (but you can backup the database file to Dropbox if you want). Cannot save your notes into different folders (but you can assign color categories to each notes).

It is password-protected.
Your private notes are safe. Data stays on your phone only.
You can share your notes, though.
Most importantly: you can type, save and read your notes on this simple app... privately. :-)
