SignQ is an app designed to facilitate a paperless open house event. SignQ can be customized with specific photos and documents by using email attachment files prior to the open house event. Photos are used to display an informative slide show about the property when no one is signing in. Documents are presented as items that visitors can receive via email attachments. Once the open house is over, the sign-in visitor information can also be emailed as either a plain email message or as comma-separated-value file attachment so that you can use it with other programs, or to simply send a follow up email to the attendees. During the event, no wifi or internet connection is required. Real estate professionals have the option of setting up open house sign in sheets for multiple properties.
