Dragon ISP Management App is a complete mobile solution designed to help internet service provider teams manage their day-to-day customer and field operations.

The application allows staff to create and manage new customer leads, record customer information, track potential internet connections, and follow the lead through the customer acquisition process.

The app also provides internet site and location management, allowing teams to manage customer internet locations, site details, addresses, connection information, and related service records. This helps the ISP maintain an organized record of where internet services are installed and managed.

A major feature of the application is daily ticket management. Staff can create, assign, update, and track support tickets related to internet connectivity and customer issues. Team members can monitor pending, in-progress, and completed tickets and manage their daily workload efficiently.
