3alMaw3ed helps customers and appointment-based teams make time easier.

Customers can discover participating businesses, browse services and live availability, book an appointment, manage upcoming and past visits, receive reminders, join a waitlist when enabled, and keep appointment updates in one place. WhatsApp verification keeps customer sign-in simple.

Business owners and authorized staff can view the working calendar, search appointments and clients, create appointments from live availability, update appointment status, manage client information, send reminders, review invoices and payments, and read operational insights according to their permissions.

The in-app assistant can guide a customer through service, provider, location, date, and time choices. Voice booking is optional and requires microphone permission. The assistant never invents availability: final booking is confirmed by the 3almaw3ed scheduling service.

Notifications are used for appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, waitlist events, and other enabled service updates. Location is optional and is used to improve nearby discovery; browsing remains available when permission is denied. Finance screens show invoice and payment history; the app does not add checkout or saved-card functionality.
