Crown Dock Manager is a highly useful tool to speed up the processing of freight on the dock.
The Dock Manager scans freight coming off of a truck with a Bluetooth scanner and can mark shipments On Hand or OSD sending it directly to the crown system and increasing productivity on the dock.
The Dock Manager can associate barcodes to a piece and then that barcode can be used to bring up the shipment information by anyone in the crown system.
Other Features:
-Filter shipments based on Router/Carrier, Driver or Customer.
-Save and continue un-committed scanning sessions.
-Search for filtered shipments on the scanned shipments screen by HAWB, MAWB, Customer or Driver
You can also take photo's of the freight for proof of damages or proof that you received the freight and also send that to the crown system.
