- Categorize requests by type: Electricity, Water, Elevator, or Other
- Set priority levels: High, Medium, or Low
- Attach photos to requests for better documentation
- Track request status: Pending, In Progress, or Completed
- View all requests in a dashboard with separate tabs for pending and completed items
- Update request status as work progresses
- Delete requests when no longer needed
