Design precision mechanical gear trains on brass movement bridges, calculate exact tooth ratios (ω₂/ω₁ = -Z₁/Z₂), and synchronize every escapement arbor to its target RPM and rotational direction (CW/CCW).
1. REAL-TIME INVOLUTE GEAR-TRAIN KINEMATICS & TORQUE ENGINE
• Place 8T Steel Pinions, 16T Brass Wheels, and 24T Gold Crown Wheels onto ruby-jeweled arbors and watch real-time angular velocity and torque (τ₂ = τ₁·(Z₂/Z₁)·η) propagate through the movement.
• Detect mechanical jams immediately with live spark physics when opposing gear loops collide in phase.
2. COAXIAL 16T+8T COMPOUND GEARS & TIMING BELT PULLEYS
• Combine outer 16-tooth rings and inner 8-tooth pinions on a single shaft to achieve 4x overdrive speed in compact movement spaces!
• Span long distances across movement bridges without reversing rotational phase (CW→CW) using leather & brass Timing Belt Pulleys.
