10.0.0.1 is the address most North American cable gateways answer on. This app opens it straight away and helps you get past the login screen.

Comcast Xfinity gateways, a number of Motorola and Arris cable modems and much of Ubiquiti's range ship with 10.0.0.1 as their admin address. It is the first usable address of the 10.0.0.0/8 private block, so the request never leaves your home.
