Organize your activities with multiple timers, a lap stopwatch and Pomodoro sessions. Name your countdowns and find reusable settings in a preset library.

For interval sessions, define phases, cycles and sets, or start with a timing template such as Tabata or HIIT. These templates structure session timing; they are not guided exercise programs.

Run the steps of a routine and review your session history. Pomodoro alternates focus periods and breaks. Customize sounds, vibration and display settings.

Create alarms and review the Android permission settings. Alerts depend on notification and alarm permissions and on your device’s battery restrictions.

Check the world clock too. Previously loaded cities are kept for offline access after a restart. Recognized time zones follow daylight-saving rules; times calculated with a fallback offset are marked approximate.

Export your presets, routines and history to a JSON file. This export does not include every media file or all active session states.
