Contraction Timer is a simple, calm contraction timer and labor log for expectant parents and birth partners. One big button, readable from across the room, made to be used one-handed in the middle of the night.

TIME EVERY CONTRACTION
- Tap Start when a contraction begins and Stop when it ends
- Length and spacing are measured start to start, the way midwives and maternity units count
- 24-hour times and minutes:seconds durations (for example 4:36 apart)

SEE THE PATTERN AT A GLANCE
- Last hour: number of contractions, average length, average spacing
- Since the first contraction: total, time elapsed, closest spacing, longest contraction
- A notice when contractions are about 5 minutes apart, last about 1 minute, for 1 hour (5-1-1)
- Rate each contraction mild, moderate or strong and see whether they are getting stronger
