Then the rule REVERSES. Gravity flips — so the hold-to-rise you just mastered now drops you like a stone. A few seconds later it flips back. Then the colours invert too: phase straight through gates that match your orb, but thread the gap on the rest… and which is which keeps swapping.
It's the muscle-memory gotcha that makes you scream "one more run."
