At the heart of RehvUp, is a team of world class Employee Experience Coaches (EX Coaches). The EX Coaches have areas of expertise ranging from health and wellness, human resources, fitness, psychology, motivation and other key domains.
The EX Coaches will program your workplace for greatness. Contest, challenges, and Interactive content become introduced, bringing the workplace to life – something new just about each and every day!
RehvUp enables everyone to create a new account based on their work email and or phone number for those that do not have a work email addresses. Easy, intuitive install process on iOS and Android devices as well as desktop versions for administrators. Once the account is set up, workers will be able to select up to 3 communities of interest from a field of over 15. Supervisors and managers can likewise select up to 4 from a field of 8. Once the selections are made, users can post articles channeled to their specific communities and popular posts can become “Rehv’dUp” – our way of liking something. Algorithms track the posts popularity as it progresses through the organization all the way to the company trending board for all to view and to garner additional RehvUps.
The application provides easy video and image upload for mass sharing purposes. All activity and contributions on the RehvUp platform are tracked, and all users are provided with achievement badges and medals upon hitting respective thresholds.
Central to the RehvUp platform is the role of the Employee Experience Coach (EX Coach). The EX Coach will have the means to stimulate the workforce through Surveys, Polls, Contests, and regular posts in areas of great impact to worker productivity, innovation, health and wellness and overall general happiness. In short, the EX Coaches will have the ability to continually maintain an energized workforce through specific content creation and delivery into the work environment.
