About the SPCA (HK):
Officially registered in 1921, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals
(Hong Kong) is the region’s longest-standing and Hong Kong’s largest independent
animal welfare charity.
As a charity, the SPCA only receives around 1% of its funding from the government,
and public donations are crucial for us to continue our various animal welfare
