Collect behavior and skill data. Review the details you recorded. Bring clear progress reports to your next review.

TallyFlex brings behavior and skill data, progress graphs, session notes, and reports together for BCBAs, RBTs, special education teachers, and other professionals.

See the session behind the numbers
Review collected data, the session graph, and saved notes in one service record. Expand the event timeline to follow the sequence of recorded events.

Record behavior and skills
Track frequency, duration, latency, percent correct, partial and whole intervals, and momentary time sampling. Record antecedent-behavior-consequence (ABC) data, and use task analysis with prompt levels to document steps within a skill.

Keep programs organized
Organize programs into phases and targets so your collection follows the skills you are working on.

Review progress with context
Explore progress graphs over time. Add annotations for changes such as staffing or schedule updates, so the context stays with the data you review.

Prepare reports for your next conversation
Create PDF reports with graphs and summaries, review saved session notes, or bring a day's service records and timeline events into a Daily report. Export raw data to CSV or Excel when you need the underlying records.

Choose the features you need
The Free plan includes core data collection, session notes, and basic CSV and Excel export. Programs, task analysis, prompt levels, full session timelines, and PDF reports require a paid subscription. Solo is a subscription for individual use, available through in-app purchase.
