Trucode client and technician app for Android is coupled with an admin dashboard to manage tickets. Trucode is a manufacturer and distributor of inkjet/laser printers used in batch manufacturing, such as processed foods, pharmaceuticals, to print batch numbers and manufacturing dates on packaging. The app is designed to help clients resolve basic issues like cartridge head cleaning, ink leakage, and other common printer problems. If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, clients can raise a ticket directly from the app. The Trucode admin dashboard receives the ticket notification and assigns it to an appropriate technician. The technician then uses their app login to take further steps in resolving the ticket. Once the issue is fully addressed, the ticket is closed.
