About this app
Vendors can create user account, register their companies with DPOC uploading the required certificates, checks the payment clearance status and document renewals. DPOC manages vendor’s company registration, accounts, payments etc.
Data safety
What this application require:
It requires access to your internet to connect with backend APIs. Require permission to use file manager to upload documents and image files like pdf, JPEG, PNG, JPG etc. When user first time try to upload a document from the file manager it ask for permission.
Base64 encode formats are used to upload files.
Vendors can register themselves with the compliance of the terms and conditions imposed by DPOC.
It send user inputs to the APIs securely (encrypted) and receives in the same manner.
DPOC verifies the user account and provide permission to process any information further.

What this application does not require:
It does not require access of user’s location, contacts, call apps, microphone, camera and any other such application.
It does not sends or receive notifications. It does not use any social media application like whatsapp, skype or similar kind of mail/message applications.
It does not collect any type of information from the mobile app and transfer out of mobile device and share with other companies.
This application can be installed and uninstalled without any permission.
It does not record any activity of the other application in the mobile device.
It does not require personal information of the users like their age, personal contacts, gender and any identification numbers.
A file size bigger then 5MB is rejected to upload by the application. Audio and video files download and upload is rejected.
