i-Time Attendance Systems Mobile Punch Application allows Companies to utilize Android Phones for collecting Time and Attendance.

Our App helps Employers manage and track the attendance, working hours, leaves and absence of their employees and team members.

This App is intended for use by Employees of a registered company i-Time Attendance application. Employers can highlight their office locations on a map through our user-friendly interface.

If Admin enabled Geofence feature, employees can only mark their attendance when they are within their respective offices/regions as defined by the Employer. The geo-location of employees is enforced through GPS and other location finding techniques to ensure that the employee is within the defined geo-fenced location before they can mark their attendance.

App Features:
- Intelligent system to counter fake and false location submissions.
- Employees can only check-in and check-out when they are within the defined geo-fenced area.
- Employees can check punch IN and punch OUT locations on google map.
- Employees can send new leave request to their manager for approval.
- Employees receive reminders for check-out times.
- Employees can view their personal attendance and work hours details in mobile app.
- Employee can fill their work task along with optional proof of image.

Admin Features:
- Employers can monitor Check-in and Check-out time of employees.
- Employers will get notification when any employee has marked their punch IN and punch OUT.
- Employers can customize geofence location of their office.
- Employers can track and record employee working hours, leaves, calculate salary and absence.
- Employers can accept or reject leave applications.
- Employers have privileges to mark attendance of an employee if due to some reason employees cannot mark their attendance.
- Employers can track current location of employee and view the last one month of employees location travel history.
- Employers can see list of present and absent employees.
- Employers can check punch IN and punch OUT locations on google map.
- Employers can send any common message to all their registered employees.
- Employers can calculate employee wise salary and share details as file.
